Look for a window arm opener
We don't sell this operator, unfortunately. What you're showing here is a very, very old design and it likely hasn't been made in decades. The only part we sell that may work is our 39-045; this is also an older design, though it's still newer than yours. It's also very different, though it appears similar at first glance.
My main concern here is going to be mounting and how it connects to the sash. There is a chance that you will have to redrill holes for the 39-045 to even install in the window frame. Review our specs below to see if that will be the case, or if you can use your existing holes.
As for connecting to the sash, this is done by the small wheel at the end of the arm. The one that comes with our 39-045 looks much larger than yours. It's designed to fit in a 39-504 track, so this may be something you have to buy separately.
