Hey Luan. At first glance this looks like either an S380-15 or S385-15 Channel Balance. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old balance and see what it matches. If neither seem right, do let us know what the depth of your shoe is for further corroboration. For a stamp option, choose 1430. It's a bit tough to tell to read measuring tape by photos, but from a glance I'd agree this seems more likely to be 1" than greater than 1". One thing to check is to make sure the shoe is not less than 1" deep. If it is 7/8", then you'd need balances that have the 15-028 7/8" deep shoe attached. This is not a stock item but we can provide it via custom order. Do your best to measure that depth and get back to us. Sometimes these shoes wear down from age, so you can always check a few balances from your windows to be safe. So long as it's greater than 7/8" but not greater than 1", it's safe to assume you have the Series 380. Let me know if you have further questions.
