I have seen this type of sweep before. I don't know why, but some door companies like to make up their own type of lock-in door sweeps, then it hard to locate the source of it. See if you can contact the manufacture of the door so that you can get the exact one. If you can't, I would suggest something like our 58-176 door sweep as a replacement. Let me know your thoughts.
