Looking For Wood Window Parts Unknown Manufature

This Plastic piece has a 1/4" hole that is for the peg on the wood window its about 1 1/4" long 5/16" wide and about 3/8" thick. This piece slides up and down in the sash with the window has a little hole in the top of it for the string to tie off that is connected to spring tensioner. its not a upper or lower guide it sits on the middle of the window.

Thanks for posting. This looks a little like our 15-159. Compare the two and let me know if you agree.

I Agree thats it. but now I have another question I have been thinking. I can pull on the string and it does have tension but why does it not go all the way up now? I am thinking there may be more to this issue 4 or 5 windows to repair. I am the Handyman.

Do you have this problem on each of those 4 or 5 windows? If so, have their shoes also broken? I'm not familiar with these balances, so I'm not sure why it's not going back up. Could I maybe see a few pictures of the balance itself? Maybe seeing the whole system will help give us a better idea of what the problem could be.
