Hi there, Matt. We are unable to locate your exact pivot bar. Do you think you may be able to substitute it with our 26-407? The tip on our bar doesn't include horns like what you have, however, we think it should still fit and work in your window pivot shoe. Look it over and get back to us with some thoughts.

Thank you for your response. Lets go ahead and order a set of the 26-407 and will order more if they work.
