Looking for 26 4 FR CALDWELL replacement

I have two broken window channel guides and need replacements. The broken component seems to be the string on the inside but I don't know if it's easier to just get an entirely new unit. Attached are photos. It says "26 4 FR CALDWELL" on the channel. I wasn't able to identify a part on your website that I thought was a match.

The balance fittings look like SWISCO code numbers 15-004 shoe and 19-005 top.
