I am looking for 2 new channel balancers. I bought 18-166 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco and they looked close but the first 2 were ruined because the balancers were stuck.
Could you confirm I have the correct top sash guides and identify the proper balancer for this application. The window is 50" wide X 32" high.

The 18-166 top sash guide does look like a match to me. Can you go into more detail on why they didn't work? Most Kinco side load balances use our S380-30 balance, but that's no guarantee. You can't really identify a balance based on just the top sash guide. The S380-30 comes with the 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom, so as long as those match you should be okay.

The old balancer was stuck, I think that is what ruined the guide.
I have attached 2 pictures of my balancer. They should have been with the original post. Maybe they will help identify the proper balancer.

I can just see the top attachment, which is our 19-005. I don't know if you have the 15-005 or not. There's no need to send us photos; we have detailed pictures and dimensions on each part's store page that you can use as a reference.
Your stamp is also a little strange. Stamps ending in "-9" or "90" like yours use an older rating system that is not used anymore. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best match.
