Looking for 3 fixes?

A home owner from Rochester, NY says:

Hi,

I have three windows with separate issues.

Photo 1: 36D65CBE - the knob style crank works to twist open the window, but if you try to crank the other way to close it, it just unwinds and the window doesnt move.

Photo 2: 53C41A98 - when i crank that window open, the bottom corner, that normally stays hinged, pops out of place, pushing out when it should stay secured. That little black piece that normally holds it in place looks broken.

Photo 3: CE1338A4 - that little piece at the very end of the arm that normally holds onto the track on the window is broken and so it pops off the track.

Please help!

Thank you!

Jen

Hello, Jen. Based on your description of the issues you're having with this window, it sounds like you need both a new operator and a new hinge.

Starting with the operator, I recommend either the 39-150 or the 39-094, depending on what size arm you need. Look over our dimensions to determine the better option.

Dimensions for 39-150
Dimensions for 39-150

Dimensions for 39-094
Dimensions for 39-094

As for the hinge, we don't sell this exact style but you should be able to use our 36-048 as long as you replace both the top and bottom at the same time.
