Looking for 3397790 pivot guide

looking for a couple of parts, information that I gathered from the top pivot Guide,the spring loaded one has a pat. No. 3397790 and Pat.Can. 1970. The parts that I'm looking for are the ones on the picture d and e. or other parts that will do the same job.The one on the picture d runs free on the second top pivot. Thanks for any help.
