Looking for 5/8" channel balance with odd bottom

Looking for 5/8" channel balance with bottom end marked B-2. It measures 1-7/8" long x 5/8" wide, top plastic piece receives 1" long screw. Stamped on tube is 950 BS 06050. Tube is 26-1/4" long. Job name is KING.

I believe we can replace this balance for you, but it will need to be specially made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?
