Looking for Awning window handle with slide lock for four open positions

Can you identify the replacement part and manufacturer from the attached picture? Any help is much appreciated.

I'm afraid this handle cannot be replaced by itself. You will need a new operator entirely. Start by looking at our 39-037, 39-069, or 39-070 and see if any of these can work for you.
