Looking for Balance replacement

Thanks for reaching out! This window balance is similar to a few we supply. I'm confident we have a replacement for it but I'll need to see the piece connecting the spring and the string to narrow down the correct match. This is located somewhat is the middle/center of the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-33 or the S385-33. To determine which of these is the correct match, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 3230 stamp will support a sash weighing between 18 to 23lbs.
