Looking for Caldwell Window balance replacement

Hi, I have a Caldwell window balance that I need to identify and replace for 2 windows (need 4 balances). I am attaching photos of it. The total length is 28in while the metal part is 27in. The bottom attachment measures 1in 2/32 or 1in 3/32 (the plastic is brittle and old so it is hard to measure).

Thanks for posting. This might be either the S380-27 or S385-27. If the shoe is 1-3/32" deep, then it is indeed the S385-27. For a stamp option choose 2640.
