Looking for Casement Handle and Escutcheon Set

See attached photo. It looks like Truth Hardware, but I'm not totally sure. The escutcheon part has been worn out for sure.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock shown in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon-style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. You'll need to review the specifications of each option to see if one of these might be what you need. Take a look and thanks for posting!
