Window Balance 32 5 HR CALDWELL

I am looking for a pair of replacement channel balances for a Milgard single-hung non-tilt window. Upon reading your online catalog, I think what I need is either a S380 or S385 balances. However, from the description I cannot tell which one is right for me. I am attaching pictures of the top and shoe of the existing unit. Hope you can help. The marking on the channel says "32 5 HR CALDWELL" and the length of the metal part is 33". The window weighs 31 lbs. Thanks for the help.

Hello Eric. Could our S385-33 channel balance with a 3250 option be the balance you have been looking for?

S380 or S385? That was my original question. What is the difference between the two? There is no dimension listed on the catalog. That is why I was not sure. Thanks.

The difference between those two Series is the shoe. We actually have detailed dimensions for each one right on their respective store pages. You might have missed them. The Series 385 uses the 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32" deep, while the Series 380 uses the 15-005 shoe, which is 1" deep.
