Looking for Correct Window Balance

Hello, I was looking to purchase new window balances and wanted to make sure I was getting the right ones. According to the pictures and measurements, it looks like I may need the 39" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance with Black Tips as my window weighs 35 lbs. (S600-39) Additionally, I was hoping to get a balance tool, and was looking at product 75-006. Does this seem like the right combo? Thank you in advance!
