Looking for Eagle mortise lock just like your part number 82-226 except shorter?

Can you supply mortise lock for 1989 Eagle sliding door like your part #82-226 except measurements between screws is 3-9/16" and overall is 4-1/2"? Can you help?

That's a pretty peculiar hole spacing. The closest we have is our 82-218, but that hole spacing is 3-11/16". Could this be what you need? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges.
If the 82-218 isn't a match either, or if you aren't sure, please remove your mortise lock from the door and show us a couple pictures of it so that we can find the best match.

Tom, Yes it looks like the spacing is actually 3-11/16" However the assembly looks exactly like the 82-226. See photo attached.

I suggest removing the mortise lock from the door. Specifically I need you to see if you can separate the lock from the face plate. If you can separate them, see if you can use the 82-218 but reuse your existing face plate.
