Looking for HG04 2006U

A handy person from Kansas says:
Looking for a replacement option (or same part replacement) because the cranks keep falling off. Actually, they never really stayed on. Please help!?!?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Jim. Looks like you have an older style operator with a 39-226 "male" Hex handle. After a while the black plastic collar wears out and does not hold in the handle very well. It happened all the time on this older style, which is why they updated it. These days, the operator is "male" while the handle is "female." You could replace the complete operator, or you could try to secure the handle you have now by using a little masking tape on the handle stem. That will make it tighter. You could even use a type of adhesive to glue the handle in place. I've used both methods as emergency backup solutions.
