Looking for Hurd casement replacement parts

I'm afraid your operator is too damaged for me to properly identify. We need to see the entire mechanism in order to ID a match, and yours is missing the arms that connect to the sash. Those arms are probably the most important detail by a mile, so we can't move forward without seeing them.

Do you have an identical window in the house whose operator is still intact? If so, we need to see that removed so that we can locate an applicable replacement.
