Looking for Marvin casement window lever

I'm sorry to say I can't make out the design of your window lock from these photos. It's too obscured by the window frame itself. Would it be at all possible to see a picture of the mechanism removed? That would allow me to check our inventory for a possible match.

In the meantime, I should tell you know that there is a high chance we don't have this anyway. Marvin tends to have exclusive rights to their products and won't allow third party suppliers like us to supply. You may ultimately need to contact them directly. Just something to keep in mind as we move forward.
