The number appears to be 16 CFR 1201 C11 1/8U, as you can see in the photo.
These are vinyl windows. Color doesn't matter, but need to find weatherstripping for these old windows if you can provide it please.

Unfortunately, this marking doesn't tell me anything about what weatherstripping was used on the window. This is only pertinent to the glass.
The only way to identify weatherstripping is to remove an undamaged sample of the original and use the shape and size of the end profile as a reference. The video below will go into more detail.
