Looking for Norco SCAW 2420 replacement hardware

Hi,

I have Norco awning windows that I'd like to replace the hardware on. I have a copy of the blueprints, which note that the windows are "Norco SCAW 2420" windows. Do you happen to know what hardware this window uses? I am looking to replace cranks, operators, and locking mechanisms.

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of the hardware used in your windows and blueprints are not normally enough to make out the details needed to identify replacement parts but we may still be able to help.

To get started, we would need to see photos of the original hardware removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
