Looking for Part at top of window itself

I'm trying to find this part which is located at the top of the window on each side. The top section of this part broke off and won't catch on the balance. I think I need to unscrew it and replace it with a new one. ??

Hello there. Yes, this is called a Top Sash Guide. Compare yours to the 18-171. See if this matches up.
