Looking for Pivot Shoe for Coil Balance

Question

Simonton double hung double pane window. The plastic piece at the bottom, I believe this is the shoe, is broken. This is like the third window that has a broken one and the window falls when unlocked.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. It looks like your pivot shoe matches our 15-192, but go over the dimensions to be sure. Your actual springs look to be in good shape, and we see no reason why you can't reuse them with a new pivot shoe. Give it a look and see what you think.
