Looking for Rear Drawer Socket

Question

I'm looking for a rear drawer socket that the one in the image. The socket has "KV 1284-3" written on it. The drawer slide is 1 1/8 inches long and the slide fits the socket perfectly.

This socket reminds me of our 32-014, but you should check to make sure that the size of the opening that accepts the track is the same. On the 32-014, this measurement is 7/8".
