Hello John, thanks for your patience during the busy holiday weekend. What you have here appears to be an Andersen brand operator, and the good news is that we sell quite a few of these.

However your photo here only shows the base, and all Andersen casement window operators use the same style base. Where they differ is the style of the arm that pushes the window open and pulls it close. Would you be able to take a photo of that detail and show it to me? That will allow me to narrow down the list of possibilities considerably.
