Looking for Replacement Part

Hello,

I am looking to replace balancing hardware on my windows as it is broken. I have few different size windows. I was only able to attach pictures for 28in length one and other one is 24inch length. Both are 1/2in channel width and end hardware is identical. Windows locking mechanism has Alenco on it and they are non-tilting. Your help in identifying proper replacement part would be greatly appreciated.

24in has 23C B.S.I. and 28in has 27C B.S.I.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need 2330 and 2730 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Choose the spring strength option based on the stamp on your balance.
