Looking for Replacement Parts

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can provide the replacements for this window balance. Although, to confirm the right replacement match, I will need to see a photo of the metal piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle of the balance.

Thanks for the photos! These window balances can be replaced with the Series 378, Series 380, or Series 385 Channel Balances. To determine the correct series, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of the shoe.

For the 30" balances, our 2950 stamp will support a sash weighing 28 to 32lbs. For the 33" balance, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash. Unfortunately, the 32-9 stamp does not cross-reference with the stamps on our balances.
