Looking for Replacement Weatherstripping

Hi there,

I'm looking for replacement weatherstripping that would fit our De George (Buffalo, NY) windows. I've included a picture of the profile of the seal, pulled out a bit, and I've also included a sketch with approximate metric measurements. Please let me know if you have any pointers toward what kind of seal this is and where I could purchase it.
