Looking for Sash Balancers and Sash Cams.

I'm in need of 2 sash balancers and 2 matching sash cams to fit the window included in my post/photos. The picture includes the only number I found on the balancer.  The other two pictures are the front and side view of the cam. The balancer is 28 inches long. If you need further details, please reach out to me. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

I don't know what your top sash guide is, either. We don't have anything with those little extra tabs you have at near the bottom of your original. Start by looking at our 18-166 and carefully compare our dimensions to yours. If they differ in any way, let me know exactly how and I can try to find something better.
