Looking for Simonton Window Coil Balance replacment

Good morning, are you able to help me identify a replacement coil balance for my Simonton Double-Hung windows?  I've attached a picture.  Unfortunately I cannot find any markings on these parts.  There is a "China"  "11" and "60" stamped onto the metal lug that the window sits on, but I doubt that is helpful.
