Looking for Spiral Balance Parts

Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can replace these spiral balances for you, but could you confirm that your windows are indeed non-tilt? Or did you mean that they're tilt windows? It wouldn't make sense for a non-tilt window to use pivot shoes, which is why I want to clarify first before proceeding.

If they are indeed tilt windows, and the spiral balances are all 5/8" in diameter, then you can use our S600-16, S600-22, and S600-28, respectively. All these parts, as well as the 15-210 Pivot Shoe and 26-272 pivot bar, you can buy directly through our online store. I am afraid we don't sell screws with our pivot bars. If you don't have your old ones, you might want to contact a local hardware store for assistance, since the screws you need depend just as much, if not more, on your window sash as they do with the pivot bars themselves.
