Looking for Top Part of Window Sash

I am looking for the plastic piece that goes in the tract for the window. I believe it is called the balancer shoe. It is at the top of the sliding window and holds the balancer in place.

Thanks for posting. This is actually called a Top Sash Guide. It keeps the channel balance in place during the operation of the window sash. See our 18-171. This looks like your guide, but compare the listed dimensions with your old part to see if it's a match.
