Looking for Top Sash guide

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid it's hard to tell from this photo what you have. Could you remove the top sash guide from the window and give us 'mugshot pictures' of the front and side of the guide? That would be really helpful in trying to identify a replacement. Many thanks.
