Looking for Truth Handle Replacement

I can't read the part number, but its a Truth handle. Can you help - tried 39-114L, and that didn't seem right. Thank you!

If you could open the window and show us the arms of the operator that move the window sash, that should help us confirm which handles are compatible with your assembly. Thank you!
