This looks like a cam lock handle similar in design to our 38-064 and 38-065, but you will need to review the dimensions we show for these locks to confirm that they will do the job. 

Both parts are currently in stock, so delivery time will depend on what you select during checkout. Just note that it is the holiday season and deliveries may be delayed.
