Looking for Window Part

Question

I am a property manager that has older windows that are missing some hardware. Wondering if you have, or could find the hardware. Attached are pictures of the windows, and the parts and what they look like. There is also a picture of a window that shows a window with the missing hardware.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your operator assembly fully removed from the window. The arms that move the sash are an important factor to determine what would work for your window, which is not visible while it is still installed. Thank you!
