Looking for Window Replacement Part

I'm looking for a window part for windows that were installed 10+ years ago by Dabella. The piece itself says J12 7300 on it, but I've had no luck finding this piece or even similar replacement locks. Any help is appreciated!

Take a look at the 90-328 keeper. This appears to be what you need. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need to confirm.
