Looking for Window screen frame corner

Home Owner
Hi, the top part of the corner goes into a standard 3/4" screen frame that has a 1/4" thick opening. The bottom part of the corner goes into a different size frame. The best way for me to describe the bottom part is that the frame has an opening of 3/16" by slightly larger than 1/2".

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the width of the screen frame, as well as the thickness of the legs themselves? From there, we'll do our best to find a replacement. Many thanks.

Hi Bob, Please see the attached picture for frame opening size. One side is 1/4" by 1/2". The other side is 3/16" by slightly less than 9/16". Thank you.

I am not 100% confident we can locate the exact corner you need for you screen frame. We's like for you to start with taking a look at the 95-031 corner. It is used on a 3/4" wide frame with a thickness of 5/16". The leg that goes into the screen frame opening is 1/4" thick and 9/16" tall. Do you think you can adapt it into your frame? I also see that you nee a "stop" on one side. I would suggest using a screw like the 33-085 to be used as a stop. Look over everything mentioned and let us know what you think.
