Looking for a 7/16" Wide Sliding Door Keeper

Question

A sliding glass patio door is missing the keeper. The keeper has to mount inside a narrow track and 1/2" wide keepers will not fit.

Another sliding door in the building still has the keeper. That keeper looks like a narrow version of the 89-021D. The face height (4-1/4") and keeper depth (7/16") are the same as the 89-021D. The only difference is that the keeper on the other door is 7/16" wide, while the 89-021D is 5/8" wide.
