Looking for a balance replacement

Hello, Jose. We may sell a good replacement for this coil balance assembly, but before I recommend anything I'm going to need a clear shot of the pivot shoe. This is what the sash connects to at the bottom corners. Seeing it fully removed would be ideal, and we will also need to know the width and thickness.

Please let me know if that would be possible and we can work from there.
