Looking for a channel balance

Question

Hi I'm looking for a channel balance, the length of the metal is 30" but the inscription says 29. I found S350 looks similar but one of the ends is off. It doesn't look like there's a model that's exactly the same as the one I have.
also, it would be for 2930 (16 to 23 pounds)

Hello,

Thanks for posting! This window balance has a winged top guide and winged bottom shoe like our S380-30 and S385-30 Channel Balances. You'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to determine the correct series.

Be sure to double check that your sash weight falls between that weight range.
