We do not carry an exact match but we do offer the 82-306 keyed exterior handle, which can accommodate a variety of installation hole dimensions. Review the images below to determine if this could work for your repair. If you need the entire handle set, we'll need to see the inside handle, the internal mortise lock, and confirm the distance between the installation hole centers of your handle set. Thank you!
