Looking for a job part

I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize this closet door roller. I'm reminded of our 23-225, but the design is obviously different.

Could there be more to this? An outer housing, perhaps, like the metal one you see on our 23-225? If so, can we see the whole thing together? If not, would it be possible to see how this looks while installed? 

I can't guarantee that we can supply this, due to how strange the design is, but I will do my best.
