Looking for a keyed entry for my sliding door

Hi,

I am a new homeowner and this is the door handle for my slider. I don't know the manufacturer but it does look similar to yours. I would like to make this a keyed entry. the screw holes are about 4 and 15/16 inches. Can you help me?
