Looking for a keyed handle

Thanks for writing in! The 82-086 would not work as a replacement for this handle set for quite a few reasons but the main ones are that it would not be compatible with the mortise lock installed in the center of the door and your handle set appears to have a centered latch position. Also, I'm almost certain the distance between the installation holes should be 4-15/16".

That said, I believe the patio door handle set you'll need is the 82-081 Keyed Mortise Style Handle Set. If you are also looking to replace the mortise lock, please keep in mind it is sold separate from the handle set.
