Looking for a lock for SH-72-2

Hello

I am looking for screws and a lock for a handle that was previously on my sliding door. The part numbers on the handle are SH-72-1 and SH-72-2. Would also be willing to replace the whole unit if necessary.

That mortise lock looks similar to our 82-226, but it's still different in a few small details. I also do not recognize your handle and don't believe that any of ours can work as a substitute. Would you happen to know the name of the company who made your door?
