Looking for a modern replacement balance

Contractor from Fort Scott, Ks
I have attached a few photos.  Im working on an old farmhouse.  All of the old balances are no longer working properly/well.  It doesnt need to be an exact replacement, but a still that works for these windows.  The windows are help in place simply with a peace of trim.  The top part has a flap in the picture that simply screws into the window casing.  I would need a fair amount, in the low 30's amount likely.  I dont have a list of all exact lengths yet but can get that as soon as we have a direction to go in.

I've purchased from you guys before (business name: Ravens Edge LLC).  I just relocated to a new area, but enjoyed buying from you guys last time.

As you already know, this is a very old window. These balances haven't been made in a very long time, but the good news is that we have modern hardware that can replace it without much fuss.

What you need is our Series 500 spiral balance, along with a 17-012 bottom bracket. You'll also need to weigh the sash on a scale to determine the proper Series 500 weight option.

Determining length is the trickiest part. To do that, measure the height of the visible glass and add +3" if it's the bottom sash, or +1" if it's the top sash. That's your length.

Please let me know if you had any follow up questions.
