Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a close-up shot of the bottom shoe? Is the 25" measurement only for the metal channel, not including the fittings? Additionally, we'd like to see the stamp printed on the metal channel. 

Thank you for getting back to us! It looks like your bottom fitting is damaged, so I’m unsure whether it was originally wingless or had wings. We recommend checking an undamaged balance to be safe. 

If the bottom fitting is indeed wingless, you may have the S351-25 or S390-25. The important difference is the depth of the bottom fitting, so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2430 stamp option for your replacement balances.
