Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this part by itself, unfortunately. You would need a new hinge as a result. However, we recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. With that said, take a look at the specifications for the 36-048 and see if they match up with your old hinge.

That is what I thought. I will verify with the contractor so I make sure the new hinges will work. Thank you
